Both Derek Carr and Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota will be making their first regular season appearances since both suffered broken legs last Christmas Eve. The Raiders, meanwhile, haven’t won a game since Carr went down against the Colts, losing a regular season games, a playoff game and four meaningless preseason games.
